We always love repeat business! A young couple toured our completed Balboa project, liked it so much that they decided to build one of their own. With the basic concept intact, we made modification to the plans to add a custom wine room and family room with bunk bed, but kept all the amazing rooftop deck spaces and light. Breaking ground in 2018, this one will be coming soon!
